These terms

By using this website you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Booking a visit with us also means agreeing to our cancellation policy, which is a separate page.

Booking a visit

A request sent through this website is a request, not a reservation. Your appointment exists once we confirm it, by telephone, by email, or by text message.. Until then the time is not held for you.

We may decline or reschedule a request: a master may be unavailable, or the service you asked for may not suit your nails, which we can only judge in person.

Please give us accurate contact details. We use them to confirm your visit and to remind you the day before, and we cannot reach you if they are wrong.

Messages about your visit

With your permission we send confirmations, reminders and changes to your mobile by text message as well as by email. What we send, and how to stop it, is set out in our privacy policy. You may withdraw that permission whenever you like, and doing so changes nothing about a booking you already have.

A message is a courtesy and not a guarantee. Mobile networks, messaging services and mail providers delay and lose messages, and none of them promises delivery. A reminder that did not arrive does not change the time you booked or our cancellation policy, so please keep your own note of it. If your number or your email address changes, tell us.

Text messages

• MaryNails Studio sends text messages about the visits you book with us: confirmations, reminders the day before, changes and cancellations. Offers and studio news are sent only if you agreed to them separately.
• Message frequency varies with how often you book.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details below.
• Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of booking.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices and services

Prices and durations shown on this site are for guidance. The final price depends on the length of your nails, the condition they are in and the work you actually ask for, and is agreed with you at the studio before we begin. We may change prices and the list of services at any time.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site or our staff.

Reviews

We ask for reviews on Google rather than on this site. A review you leave there is published by Google under Google's own terms: we can read it and reply to it, but we cannot edit or remove it.

Our content

The photographs of our work, the text and the design of this site belong to the studio. Please do not republish them commercially without asking us first.

What we do not promise

We look after this website carefully, but we provide it as it is: we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nail services carry ordinary risks, and results vary between people. Tell your master about allergies, medication or skin conditions before we start.

To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when we last did.
