By using this website you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Booking a visit with us also means agreeing to our cancellation policy, which is a separate page.

Booking a visit

A request sent through this website is a request, not a reservation. Your appointment exists once we confirm it, by phone, by text or by email. Until then the time is not held for you.

We may decline or reschedule a request: a master may be unavailable, or the service you asked for may not suit your nails, which we can only judge in person.

Please give us accurate contact details. We use them to confirm your visit and to remind you the day before, and we cannot reach you if they are wrong.

Prices and services

Prices and durations shown on this site are for guidance. The final price depends on the length of your nails, the condition they are in and the work you actually ask for, and is agreed with you at the studio before we begin. We may change prices and the list of services at any time.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site or our staff.

Reviews and photos

If you send a review, you confirm that it describes your own visit, and you give us permission to publish it on this site, with your first name and any photo you attached.

Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or containing another person's private information, and do not send a photo you do not have the right to share. We may decline to publish a review, or remove one, at our discretion.

Our content

The photographs of our work, the text and the design of this site belong to the studio. Please do not republish them commercially without asking us first.

What we do not promise

We look after this website carefully, but we provide it as it is: we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nail services carry ordinary risks, and results vary between people. Tell your master about allergies, medication or skin conditions before we start.

To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when we last did.
